| After almost 2 months, it is time to update. Married life is even better than we had expected it to be. We are mostly settled in our apartment and are beginning to emerge from "newleyweddedness" into society again. Living with your best friend is the greatest thing in the world. I love having someone with whom I can laugh, cry, dance, be goofy, go out, stay in, talk, be silent, watch movies, drink coffee, and just generally enjoy life! Garret and I have both continued to learn a lot about each other and
even ourselves as we live out this great adventure of marriage! Praise God
for His grace, goodness, and the many blessings that He has poured out
upon us daily as we have grown in our love for Him and each other.
Our new sport is Tennis. I played as a kid, but Garret had never played before we got married. I hope his beginner's luck wears off soon because he is already up on me by two matches. He has a pretty wicked backspin that keeps him in the game. Not even my cool new racket is enough to compensate for my lack of prowess on the tennis court. I think it's my allergies that are keeping me from playing up to my full potential, or maybe I'm just letting him win.
The biggest challenge to moving to a new city is finding the right church. We have visited several and found at least one that is a serious candidate. There were also some where it was clear right away that it was not the church for us. Pray for wisdom for us as we make this big decision.
Here are some pictures from the wedding. Thanks so to all our great family and friends that made the whole weekend so wonderful and memorable. Enjoy!

Great friends, Marcus and Jennifer.

My beautiful Mom and me

My husband and wonderful new in-laws!

My gorgeous sister, Maid of Honor, and Wedding Coordinator, Frances. This wedding wouldn't have happened without her!
For the first time in my life, I think betrothal might be a good idea. However, as happy as Drew is to see Audrey, she looks a little scared of him.
My New Sibs!

All my bridesmaids and Jr. Bridesmaids

With my Dad right before walking down the aisle. Our last picture with me as a Cope!

All the Verity people who made the trip to be at our wedding. Thanks ya'll for being there for us! | | |
| The big day is so close. I'm moving the rest of my things down to Marietta tomorrow. Thank goodness, no Budget truck this time. That was quite the ordeal, just ask Frances, she had to follow me. Don't we look like best friends?! This was our very first picture together way back when. We've come a long way since then.

| 24 days til I become Mrs. Garret Ian Brink!!! Life is really good! Even with all the excitement, it is sobering to think of leaving behind the life I have known for 27 years. I have started to clean out my room and pack up a few things as I get ready to move the majority of my stuff to Marietta next week. It is time to leave my parents home and start my own home and family with my husband. While it sounds like a huge undertaking, it is an opportunity that I relish and a challenge I take on very gladly. God has been good to me and blessed me beyond my imagination, especially in the man I am going to marry!! I cannot wait to share life with my best friend and the "one whom my soul loves."
My life at the moment consists of Garret, family, wedding planning, work, travel, shopping and parties. I wish I could post some pictues of all the fun parties and showers that have been given for Garret and I, but I've been having trouble uploading pictures. People have been incredibly generous to us and given us so many wonderful gifts! Thank goodness for family and friends who love you to help you get started in life.
I am so excited to see a lot of you in just a few short weeks. The time is going by so quickly!!!
